We typically try to hire from our internship pool as a priority as these folk know the most about our business and cost us the least in start up investment.
We view internship as a two way street. Your time has value and so does ours.
Interns are typically targeted on understanding our internal systems, the technology we use and our community out reach projects. We don’t typically expect interns to be working on commerical projects that are gaining us revenue without financial reward.
